Terms & Conditions

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of tickets for the event Finding Stillness — Stockholm 2026, organized by IMINMO HB (referred to as "the Organizer"), Org. nr: 969649-1498, VAT nr: SE969649149801. By completing your purchase via PayPal, you agree to these terms.

2. Registration and Payment

• Registration is confirmed once payment is successfully processed via PayPal.
• All prices are inclusive of Swedish VAT (moms).
• A confirmation of payment will be sent automatically by PayPal. If you require a specific VAT invoice for your company, please contact us at jensenthomas@live.se.

3. No Right of Withdrawal (Ångerrätt)

According to the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (Lag (2005:59) om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler, 2 kap. 11 § 12 st), the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to services such as concerts, lectures, or similar events held on a specific date.

Purchases are binding. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made by the participant.

4. Transfer of Ticket

While tickets are non-refundable, they are fully transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may give or sell your ticket to another person. Please notify us of the name change at jensenthomas@live.se at least 48 hours before the event.

5. Cancellation by the Organizer

If the event is cancelled by the Organizer (e.g., due to speaker illness or unforeseen circumstances), a full refund of the ticket price will be issued. The Organizer is not responsible for any indirect costs, such as travel or accommodation expenses.

6. Personal Data (GDPR)

By registering, you consent to the Organizer storing your name and email address for the purpose of administering this event. Your data will not be shared with third parties, except for the payment processor (PayPal).
